I took this awhile ago but just didn't get around to editing and uploading it. It was really beautiful here and the weather was perfect. I don't mention it in the video but apparently a white snake god lives on this mountain and he likes eggs and sake (but of course) so there were lots of offerings of these. You also get to hear me speak a little Japanese. Please like, comment and subscribe if ...

What happens if someone is diagnosed with asthma and you can't bring inhalers ? I've heard that inhalers like vicks it's illegal in Japan.

It’s true, some inhalers contain drugs prohibited in Japan. Any form of amphetamine is illegal and I think Vicks contains levmetamfetamine.

Just a heads up guys, Aussies get to extend their working holiday visa twice so a total of 18 months! There must be some sort of an agreement between Australia and Japan because we also let them stay longer than the usual period. Don't miss out on that extra 6 months just because you didn't know, it's a bit tricky to find as I didn't know until I went to our embassy in Japan.

You've probably already come to your conclusion, but I have to say that the lip ring shouldn't be an issue if you can take it out and put it back in without a problem or any discomfort. So long as you're not wearing it at work, that should be acceptable. And once people get to know you, they'll understand better the superficial aspect. The tongue ring, however ... it doesn't impede your speech, and it isn't visible, so why bother taking it out to begin with? (^^)

You rarely see them in people that are a bit older (west or otherwise), so really if you leave them in you are just postponing something you would inevitably do later in life anyway. Seems to be giving you some drama, so maybe its best just to let em go.
