This is my journey to getting healthier and making improvements in my physical health, my mental health, and my home life. I've also added budgeting/savings challenges to improve my financial health. I have been sharing my health journey for about 2 years now. However, due to big, unexpected changes in my life, I put back on much of the weight I lost. I also show how I declutter and clean my house that has been neglected for too long.
For anyone who has struggled with their weight and has suffered with a CHAOS house and need a little encouragement, I hope you enjoy these videos. To round out 2024, I am sharing a creative recipe for chocolate fudge. It may sound unusual to make fudge with Velveeta Cheese, but it is easy to make, sets up well, and is delicious.
