That motor is way overkill for that boat and just wastes money and gas. A 250 will plane it just fine. Spending double to go 10% faster makes no sense.

The new lunds coming out in 2025 with aluminum/composite decks should last forever if you take care of it.

I have had 3 Trackers, and a Kenner bay boat, which all decent boats, and 2 Ranger fiberglass bass boats, which were very good boats. We have recently purchased our 2nd Lund aluminum boat and would rate both of them very highly, as well as our dealer for service after the sale. IMO, Lund's fit and finish is head and shoulders above that of Tracker and would definitely recommend Lund to anyone considering an aluminum boat.

No comparison. Lund is the way to go 💯 Bailey is right, they order their Lund boats loaded up the right way. It’s worth every penny.

I have actively used and enjoyed my 20 year old Lund Fisherman for the last 20 years and it still looks and operates like new. I see tracker boats that look 20 years old (hull dents and interior falling apart) that are only a few years old. Lund is simply the better built boat that can last a lifetime, if properly taken care of. Interestingly, I could sell my Lund today for about what I paid for it 20 years ago. One of the best Big Boy toy purchases I have ever made!

Can you share more information on the battery switch(es) that you installed? Interested in where/how. I have a 2023 1875 Pro Guide and will be putting in a house battery. I'd like to put a switch in, but battery compartment space is limited.

Do the pedestals from last year still work in it or do you have to have a new pedestal?

I own this boat. In order for the captain’s chair to spin and face rearward, the steering wheel must be tilted up and the seat slid to the limit. Steering wheel tilt limits the available space for the graph. My Helix 9 gimbal is mounted right of the steering wheel without much room to spare.

What would you recommend for trolling all day for like catfish 12v or a 24v for that boat

I have a 2023 Lund. It sounds like they are listening to customer feedback: The trailers they are putting these on are the BIGGEST pieces of sh!t ever made! Totally flimsy, and mine had some wannabe load guides that broke the first time I took my boat out. Plastic wheel wells, what a joke. The trailer is a modular, bolt together, flimsy, lightweight, piece of junk. If Lund wants to keep up with the big competitors like Ranger, Tracker, G3, etc. This needs to be addressed. I own 13 trailers, so I know a thing or 2 about them. I would be embarrassed to put my name on the side of these trailers. They don't give you a better trailer until get into the $100k boats. I really like my boat, but I'm in the market for a different trailer. That's a shame, especially considering Lund wants so much for their boats. I've been looking at the Tracker trailers, they are beastly made, extra bracing and welded together. Also worth mentioning, I live in Texas and I want to take my boat to Florida. I do NOT feel confident my trailer will make the trip. Something to keep in mind if you are considering a Lund. They use this same trailer for all their boats. And don't fall for the galvanized version, it's the same trailer. Plastic wheel wells! 😂

Helix 9 w/Ram mount fits just fine on my '23 Adventure but I really like the redesign and kinda wish I had waited a year to get the '24. If only I had a crystal ball ;-)

Great review! You are the first person to look at different customizations. Thank you! It would be interesting to know which two graphs would fit side-by-side. It looks like a portion (a few inches) of the left most graph could be located in front of the support bar for the windshield. With that thought, I wonder if two 12" Garmins would fit side-by-side using the factory mounts.
