I hope to live a life rooted in learning and applying the knowledge that I learn to make life better for others.I intend to to this through business and investing. I've guided there for over 45 years and I want to clarify that there are NO Class 5+ rapids on the Gauley River. Also, what you called Lower Mash is really Koontz's Flume and what you labeled Pure Screaming Hell is known as Lower Mash. Other than that your video was okay...
I've only rafted the Gauley twice, so I'm a novice at best. I tried my best to understand the rapids as best I could, so my apologies if parts of it are misleading... it was just a vid I created to share with my friends who joined me on our trip. Most of which keep asking me for the name of the river. But to be sure, your post is very valid and appreciated, we def want to share correct info. 45 years is a considerable time! Any recommendations? Always looking for new thrills.
