This year I was fortunate enough to be taken down to Nagoya, Japan by my good friends from Unripe to experience all that fairlight Wekfest Japan had to offer, and I was not disappointed!! Really insane car fest

Without a doubt the best car event I have attended in my life. The quality of cars is second to none and an absolutely unreal experience to see so many cars I've seen throughout the years on social media finally in the flesh.

was expecting a bigger gap considering the 488 has a 30hp and 160Nm torque advantage over the Huracan as well as being about the same weight. In one of the races the 488 even starts to get reeled in. Maybe the 488 wasn’t as powerful as Ferrari claim it was 🤔

The 488 is a weird car, some videos I see it loosing against regular Huracan LP610s or barely beating them and others I see them destroy any car they're put up against. Perhaps the early models were underpowered and was fixed with later models (according to drag times 2017 488s are faster than the 2015-2016 models). Either way this was a very close race, i'm not suprised the 488 won, it is far more powerful than the performante. I think the results would be different on a race track however :))
