I've always wanted to build my own instrument, and I finally did it! I'm super happy with the end result and looking forward to learning how to play it. It's a 10-string electric mandocello made of birds eye maple, walnut, padauk, and a little bit of cherry. I still have to hook up the electronics and a little bit of fine tuning, but it plays!
