I have 2 ARP9 lowers here, I sold all of my PTS ARP mags in the summer, which was a bit stupid in retrospect, hahaha.

I run the 2 with a 48 indoors. I can do 10 15 minutes games and still have air left. 48 is plenty big.

I have a Jack set up and its amazing but im an old paintball player and ive Always loved the idea of ON gun WAY WAY before it was possible. About 10 years ago i got my jack and it shoots Amazing even today!!

I personally play with 68s, I have a 48/4500 but it is far too short for me. It reminds me of the old days when we used massive drop forwards in paintball. I see guys playing with tiny tanks and they look super cramped, I rather have proper gun control than being extra tight behind a bunker. There is a reason why there was a move away from the cramped playing styles to a more balanced style. I pretty much still gauge my tanks by screwing it on my gun, holding the grip and if the tank reaches the inside of elbow then it's going to be a comfortable fit.

@@TonikJDK are you running steel/alu 48s or carbon tanks?

For the performance, definitely the QCU. The Article 1 is the cheaper option of the two though and shoots great OOTB. Throw on a tankgrip and the thing is awesome. The QCU has the awesome hopup unit, and you have a tiny bit more flexibility with AEG parts (ie: different lowers, safeties, mag releases and engines). At the end of the day both are great products, but if you plan on building your own QCU then you need a bit of know how to get it put together and running like a ray gun.

I play a bit in Poland, and plan on playing a few events in other countries next year too. I want to try and play a tournament or two in Italy, the business park in Belgium, and maybe even NAF in the UK.

Thanks Yes, but currently they do not offer the QCU for the Inferno. You can use most trigger boards, except for the Gate Titan in the gearbox. You will need to modify it for the gearbox if you want to fit a Titan II. Engine wise they offer kits for then Redline N7, Polarstar F2 and Jack and for the Gate Pulsar S (the H might follow at some point in 2025) I have an Inferno laying around, so can see if it is a length limitation.

Some of them yes. The board is still the same, the wobble is still gun dependent, we have 6 Article 1s in our team now and 3 wobble and 3 do not. Luck of the draw with Wolverine. But the feeding issue has been fixed with the new feed tube from the Gen3 billet series. We have 2 of the newer version in our team and they do not need any spacers for the EPM1 mags. That being said the Article II is a good deal, comes with the grip and that slightly longer barrel setup allows for higher FPS at a lower PSI.

Yeah, they are a bit pricey. But totally worth it IMO as the quality and craftsmanship is excellent. I love the engineering that makes it such an easy system to take it apart and service it. Taking apart a std v2 gearbox is a pain in the ass.

Ja, man kann die cutouts auch selbe schneiden. Wäre nicht illegal, da muss man nur auf passen dass du die markings nicht wegschneidest. Zum Glück sind viele unten beim Trigger, da will man eh nicht Material wegschneiden. Aber das alles zu Hause zu machen, wäre ein Haufen Arbeit, aber immerhin machbar mit bisschen Zeit und einer ruhigen Hand. Man könnte es irgendwo hinbringen, aber da steht immer die Gefahr dass die es verkaufen und man es dann eh neue F'en muss. Nicht alle lowers sind aus hochqualitativen Alu hergestellt, da hatte man mehr Glück mit einem polymer lower von G&G oder Lancer als billo Alu von bestimmten Herstellern.

@@AirsoftMax-EU ja da geb ich dir natürlich recht hatte überlegt die cutouts bei meiner mtw zu machen hab die komplett umgebaut mit mac Carbon Lauf und dem arctic tankgriff denke das Alu sollte recht robust sein

@@zImRxiion Bei der MTW sollte es kein Problem sein. Die Article 1 ist ja eine Billet MTW und die hat genügend cutouts.

Depending on the handguard, yes. I have tried with a 7" MTW handguard and it fits fine. But some could cause damage to the anno of the aluminium "barrel nut" of the carbon outer.

I usually don't play with any optics as I prefer playing with a line of sight style like from paintball. But I have been testing out the Novritsch 3x Prism Scope and the Sig Romeo5 red dot. The prism scope has been more for checking targets at longer distances.

No, it doesn't come with a battery. You will need to buy a 7.4v 250-350mAh Lipo battery, it will need to be a battery with a JST connector (this is the standard connector for HPA guns). The Titan batteries are really good, but are slightly too long, so I would not recommend them. Hey, we use joules where I live and always measured with actual BB weight. But technically if I use the conversion chart and .20s as a reference I have gotten it down to under 250fps and as high as 440fps. But to get it to 440fps I had to crank up the dwell and the reg was at 140psi to get it there. I don't think the stock board can even get to that dwell.

I use a mix of PTS EPM1 and EPM1s mags. They are pricey, but worth the price. But there are loads of decent mags on the market. Apparently, the Lancer Tactical mags are not half bad (the speedsoft ones).

@@mardymarc_ yeah, so there is an issue with the mags dropping slightly and then not feeding properly. It's super annoying as it affects both of my Article 1s and not my MTWs. What I did was print a spacer that fits between the internals of the mag and the body. This lifts it up slightly to allow the mags to feed properly. Another solution is to add a bit of velcro to the inside of your magwell to keep the mag firmly in place.

Ne, ist eine Speedsoft Waffe vom Hersteller Wolverine (MTW). Ist die Article 1 mit einem Griff für die Flasche, so schaut nur aus wie einen Paintball Markierer. Waren eigentlich 4 Teams + LARPers. Rot, Gelb und Blau als reguläre Teams und dann Schwarz als Sondereinheit Team. Die Jungs von Team Schwarz habe ich nur einmal gesehen. und nach 5min waren die wieder weg. Blau haben wir auch nicht so oft gesehen, aber da waren paar blaue Hits im Video dabei. Die LARPers haben extra Missionen ausgeteilt und man sollte die nicht angreifen. Die wurden von gelben Spielern angegriffen und wir waren zufällig da. So, Gelb hat dann Minuspunkte bekommen und wir haben dafür Bonuspunkte gesammelt.

@@AirsoftMax-EU Dafür hatte ich am zweiten Tag ganz zu Anfang mit der Schwarzen Truppe zu tun, mein Auftrag war ja, den Sprengmeister🤠 mit einem Kleinen Trupp im Tiefbunker einzusammeln und ins HQ zu geleiten bevor die Gelben auftauchen. Netterweise hat sich die Orga gedacht, dem geben wir Team Schwarz als Leibwache dazu (😁🤭) und lassen die bei Spielstart natürlich bereits im Bunker Spawnen😇. Und ich sage noch auf Maschas Frage: "Wieviel Leute brauchst du?" "Ja so 4-5, falls wir den Gelben begegnen, damit wir genug Feuerkraft haben um uns mit Ihm abzusetzen." Ich habe gefühlt 40 Leute und ne Halbe Stunde gebraucht, und dann hat nen dulli🥴 eine Flashbanggranate😵‍💫 zu dem Spengmeister hinein und hinuntergeworfen und ihn Quasi weggesprengt!😵 Man war der Sauer, hat uns leider auch Strafpunkte gekostet!😳 Hätte nicht sein müssen. Zunächst dachten wir auch alle, die Mission ist damit vorbei, doch Glücklicherweise Spawnte der Sprengmeister immer da, wo man ihn hittet durch erneutes Anfassen an der Schulter (Puhh, glück gehabt). Aber ernsthaft, die Schwarzen waren richtig harte gegner, hut ab und danke an euch Jungs. 😎Die Gelben tauchten im übrigen in der Zeit nur 1 mal kurz in der Nähe des Tiefbunkers auf. Zu den Cheatern, ich bin dafür, dass die in zukunft, wenn Sie Cheaten wollen, den Cheatcode Also die ganzen Dreiecke, Kreise, Quadrate und Kreuze zunächst der Orga Vorttanzen, wenn die Orga sagt, Code Korrekt, darf er weitemachen, da ist Spawnen deutlich schneller.😁

Ja genau da haben wir die gesehen, hab 3 Rausgeschossen und dann war Schluss mit Team schwarz für uns. Die haben es halt mit die Nummern versucht, aber ganz oft warn die Laute einfach zu weit weg um die nummer zu erkennen, oder du musstest hin laufen wie ein Depp und nach denen Nummer nachfragen. War keine Güte Lösung.

And when comes that Gorilla FCU with trigger in stock? Tried to set my dwell Tried to set my binary but it doesn’t work…

@@KennyDope6 I am running the stock spring with all three of my SI units and haven't seen that issue yet. But if it works then it's all good. I know some people have seen issues and have gone for the ring mod (replacing the spring with a stack of o-rings) The board should be available for sale soon, I just got a production board and I'll do a video on it soon for installation purposes. The Gorilla site should be going live soon too.

@@KennyDope6 You are welcome. I had the Mac Speed soft stuff on mine for a bit. But moved it over to my MTW as it needed some love too. He has a few different handguard options and an Article 1/MTW specific outer barrel. I have the UL M-Lok LX and the quality is awesome.

Yo, the one I have is the mMTW board, currently the only place I know where to get one is directly from Gorilla. Their site is a WIP and should go live soon. However, you can message him directly on instagram (airsoft.gorilla) and he should be able to sort you out with the mMTW board and trigger. Or you can message MAC Speedsoft and ask him about the mMTW. He currently only has the mFCU and mini-FCU listed on his site, but he can definitely organize the mMTW board for you. Gorilla and MAC work very closely together on many projects and just released the QCU (Quick Carbon Upper) together.

Before, it's meant to be a sort of replay cam. So if you make a dope shot and want to capture it you just need to make sure you press it quickly enough. My clips are all 17sec long, but a team mates are all 16sec long.

It's more than likely that the screws have been set incorrectly, the pressure on the board changes once you put it back together again. Screw in the activation screw for the microswitch and reassemble the gun to see if it is finally activates when assembled.

@@Yvonne_Berning nice, it's always nice seeing different guns on the field, especially WWII GBBRs. I saw a guy with a GBBR Sten at AO last year, which is also very cool to see.

Do you want to add the Maxx selector switch or remove it completely to replace it? To add the Maxx just remove the hex screw, to remove the whole selector you will need to remove the grip as there is a pin and spring that secure it in place.

@@KennyDope6 They generally use Loctite or similar brand of thread lock on some of their parts. You need to remove the entire thing and heat it up with a heat gun. This will soften it enough to allow you to remove it. Alternatively you can use a hair dryer, but it will take quite a while to reach the correct temps. I wouldn't recommend using a direct heat source such as an open flame.

Very simple answer, the Gate Titan II is a V2 only board, there is no way to get it to fit in or work with the Article 1 as it does not have a gearbox. I do own a handful of Titan IIs that I use in some other builds though.

I was one of the two guys running the paintball looking guns. It was a fun event, minus the mass cheating from the yellow team. The blue team were honest and called their hits every time.
