As an asian, in my opinion, Almost Every Step she did was wrong. Her Wrong Steps: 1.Use cups to measure the amount of water instead of using finger method. 2. She Didn't Wash Rice 3. She doesn't use day old rice 4. She Drained the rice with colander 5. She washed the rice after cooking 6. Didn't use msg 7. Use a Metal to scrape the sauce pan 8. Used a fork to eat rice😮

Wrong things to point out (coming from a british person) - the rice wasn't washed before being cooked - the rice was shamefully drained in a colander 😢 - the green parts of the spring onion were cooked instead of being used as garnish - no salt while cooking all the components combined - very little soy sauce - lack of spicy peppers, only capsicum/bell pepper (i expected better from a person with indian heritage)
