"Who's on First" performed at the Worldview Classes 20s Ball
Girl in black shirt and pants looks like Catniss
Oh dear…
WWWWWWWWWWWWW
That my name
I learned this one at a mommy's retreat. It was confusing when all the guys just kept saying to go to the guy I'm thrown to! 😂 Thank you for explaining, this was good!
Great! Thanks!
That two-handed turn stuff makes everybody look like they aren't supposed to touch. Are these homeschoolers, or just teenagers? A good presentation, though! Thank you.
Toes shall be up all the time.
These Kids had the time of their lives.
This is kinda funny innit
You would really have to get some practice in here to be any good. I suppose it would show that you were idle rich in the past?
very nice!
poyo Poyo poyo Poyo
Why do dance instructors think it helps learn by counting 6,2,3,5,4,6? Wouldn't it help beginners to say what is needed.... step right, step left, bend on one knee.
Omg her singing too is beautiful
I love her dress and you guys sing very well great job ♥♡
This should be fun...I mean they look like they are already dead😂
Nice! Am looking at various videos to find out how I might play my Bach better. Even though this is still at a basic level, it is very instructive. Thanks.
Brawo! Fantastycznie. Wielkie oklaski dla wszystkich , a szczególnie dla chłopca z pierwszej pary .
Remember girls, you are not to sin with the pleasures of the skin! Where are my stones?
They look so unwilling
3:01 "Everyone is back to their original position" Boy in the navy hoodie: *Nods in disagreement* xD To be real, I understand how the dance goes. dance partners 1 and 3 separate and go behind the couple who were behind them and repeats.
Okay🍏
Ko je ovde zbog Milkr
nice dance :)
lol gg
No No No😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😦😦😦😦😦😦
3:01 the guy in the second couple is shaking his head just slightly because they're not they way the were originally XD
That is beautiful guys! Enjoy😊 OMG you all look like tired to live
I remember performing this with the five couple group of Berea College Country Dancers at the Levi Jackson Dance Weekend in the mid-70's. This performance was the first time the dance was performed after a practice session with Pat Shaw and the musicians.
die lang-gehaarte Blondine tut es sehr schoen
They don't look enthusiastic, they probably are not (and are being made to do it), but if it's just a case of being nervous beginners, I can't see how the tone of all this criticism is going to encourage them.
Today's humanity, doesn't appreciate a higher quality of life. smh. It's sad really. We are moving so fast through space & time, that we hardly enjoy Living. Truly the zombies are here. It's no wonder why Zombie movies are so successful. On another note, this dancing is most beautiful, but the young ones doing it, can't even realize it. So sad.
They look like they're enjoying this, not. Lol.
WVClasses Thanks for the fantastic instruction! Hope to teach this to our dance group this summer. Who wrote/performed the version of "Southwind" you used?
The Minuet is a love treaty. This is so mechanical. Can the tall guy with blond hair even count? And it's not "bobbing" it is a semi-step! Minuet by numbers!!
they can't even stand! how the hell do they hope to dance?!!
Du
This video is very helpful. Thank you!
Lovely! Just lovely.
This was very well presented. Thank you!
Класс!!!
Picking up steps from "the majority of UA-cam sources" ? The sources are to be found in Dance manuals of the 17th & 18th Centuries! Is this university level teaching?
eeehm your square dance thats from vienna in the 18th century
Fancy city folks stealin our square dancing...
lol, this is gay xD
In the 16th century gayness was forbidden but now it's not a bad word 😉
What is the music playing in the background? It's lovely.
Bravo ... this is what I call killing theree birds with one stone! 1. putting them off baroque dance once and for all - 2. showing the world that he has no idea what a minuet was/is - 3. abusing poor Bochherini (once more!)
Schade! - Das hier ist kein Barocktanz, auch kein Menuett. Nur die Musik wartet auf passende Schritte, die in diesem Video leider nicht zu sehen sind, leider. What a pity! - This is not a Baroque dance, not a minuet. Only the music is waiting for appropriate steps that are not seen in this video, unfortunately.
@Bảo Châu Lâm Đình The music is Boccherini Minuet
what is the name of the song?
Luigi Boccherini "Minuet"
I like the hall. The iron walls and jazzy coloured flooring are great.
"How to Dance the Minuet Ball Dance" or not.
I think this is supposed to be funny. The vague zombie like energy of the timing-less not-even-able-to-bob-upanddown dancers. The posture! The lack of clarity. I'm a dancer and I have no idea what's going on in this film. If they're actors pretending to be empty and bored then they are great. If they've been plucked off street corners and saved from a life of addiction and abuse then that's good too, but I can see no other excuse for your ball or you impossible-to-learn-from instruction video.
