great questions! it is often hard to film and do the work at the same time..... The spinner is pressed into place and glued on. You could replace the spinner on an old prop by cleaning up any glue residue. The wing to fuselage connection is not hard to do, just a long area of contact between the two, and am not sure it would be possible to separate them after they are glued together. If you had steady hands, a sharp exacto blade and plenty of patience you might be able to get them apart again. The top and bottom fuselage parts are glued together.

it is a four channel plane.... throttle. elevator, rudder, and aileron the ailerons are independent, but it is an all in one receiver, gyro, esc combo.

I did not see this comment until just now. The only deviation from the stock setup is the A B C D blocks are the adjustable pill type instead of the fixed blocks that com the kit. In the front running center dot pills, in the C block center dot, in the D block center down to add more anti-squat. Everything else is stock setup including shocks and diffs. Motor is a Hobbywing 4300kv. We have had issues with voltage drop and heat with that motor, not enough torque and may change it out to a Tekin pro4HD. My UMX little apprentice has a mind of its own. It binds when it wants. Come to find out, if I go into my iX14, and reset the settings for Smart it becomes smart again, and connects to the radio. I think I need a new receiver but it's only gotten about 10 good flights. For $159, it could be better.

We will see how things go over time. I have not done much RC airplane stuff since the GWS days 20 years ago.

Well you would think for what there charging for these things they would be better and I expect more from horizon I’ve got many planes this being my first umx I’m not very happy with it . Tried to do the HH thing and claim keeps failing for some reason

@@Tanker831did you ever get the replacement? I had both my servos go bad 4 flights in and within like 4 days they sent me a email saying I’m getting the servos mailed to me for the warranty

It can be repaired! Maybe foam safe contact cement like gorilla glue and tape could get it back together without any parts. The fuselage was compressed so may not have gone back together straight, so we rebuilt it with e-flute replacement parts instead! Hope to get a second flight when we get back from the beach.

We have a couple of different times. May go back to them again. We do not get enough practice days to try things and do testing. We are going to try MIP high flow next to see if we can get the combination dialed in.

We have, great product. We could not get the back end to absorb bumps the way we wanted with the 20 hole. Probably our fluid choices and not the pistons though. MIP pistons were in the first used buggy that we started with, so Donnie just likes how they drive a little better.

It was a lot of fun. We made some changes to the shock setup for the odd simi main in Ebuggy trying to get the back end to settle down some, but it was too big of a change and Donnie did not like the way it was driving for the first part of the race. It was our first time running this format and we wanted to make it into the big show but came up a little bit short. Learned some things and had a lot of fun! I need sleep now after the long day.
