Hola es un poco tarde para la respuesta pero a lo mejor aún te sirve. Puede ser en cualquier color, el error C970 está relacionado a la sección de alto voltaje de la impresora: problemas en la fuente de alimentación o pérdida de corriente en algún lado en la grilla. Tuve el mismo problema en el cilindro magenta, se soltó la grilla y estaba suelta. La volví a colocar en su lugar y la fotocopiadora funcionó.
