At The Country Radio Seminar 2015, Eric Church performed this new uncut song that he wrote about his grandfather struggling with Alzheimer's.
Thanks I am raising My momma with Alzheimer's enjoying the journey
😢😢❤
Not to hate on William Michael Morgan… but we need Eric to put this song out. It’s like Tim McGraw putting out Whiskey and You. They’re not bad songs.. but the real deal is mint.
Eric Church is the King 👑 and he has the most sexiest legs on a singer I have ever seen
Im a health care worker going to be 61 and still love all sick cacer patients and Alzheimer's patients and all that are put in Health Care home's!
Chief, I've loved your music for many years, but "Alzheimer's" made me cry and helped me let go of a lot, I was not able to deal with. My sweet Little Mama and the rare spark i see in her eyes, which means, that's my little girl, Kathy.😢❤😊😘😎🎼💖#1 Fan of Eric Church! Thank You and God Bless 🙏❤️🙏
My Dad started going about 2 years ago. It's so hard watching my first hero lose to this most evil of diseases. Knowing that there's not a damn thing I can do to stop it.
I understand. My dad had Alzheimer's. My husband had Early Onset Alzheimer's. I never heard this song before! Kudos to Eric Church for raising awareness on Alzheimer's!
I had a mothy that had Alzheimer's disease! She gave me to black eyes? She forgot my twin brother . But wanted justice for her granddaughters death!.She woke up Every morning telly her granddaughter good morning!
Touching song and I know where Eric is coming form. My father passed away in 2022 and he too suffered from dementia, and also slowly deteriorated and went downhill. I wrote a song called "There's A Spanish Train" in his memory, because he was a railway man. When he started to forget his loved ones and also himself, this was very hard to watch as a health care professional myself.
I can definitely relate with Alzheimer's. My Grandfather had it at an early stage.
Such a talented songwriter! Love the humor too.
Great song. Made me cry. Its gonna get a view everytime I drink. Maybe 3-4 views.
1:26 6/4/21 be prepared 😎😄💓
Terrible song terrible performance
5/3/21 thank you cousin for caring for our grandmother and this disease.10:36.
That made me cry not much makes me cry anymore
I read through with interest. I once believed Alzheimer's disease has no cure. Well, it is true with English medicine, but not with herbal medicine. My Dad's experience opened my eyes to the reality of a cure through herbs. My Father was a vibrant man before his encounter with Alzheimer's. He was a scientist, hence his mental capability was never in doubt. In 2015, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The symptoms manifested through repeating conversation and gradually forgetting things. It became progressive from finding the right words during a conversation, to significant confusion and forgetting details about himself. It was not a good experience, seeing your father whose brilliance had no match, totally became a shadow of himself. His doctors said the disease has no cure, just medications for treatment which had a lot of side effects were administered to him. Early 2018, while on the internet, I bumped into a story of Alzheimer's, and I read about a cure through herbs with interest. I researched more to be sure it was not a hoax. In my quest, I contacted doctor Rohan herbs mentioned in the testimony. I got his herbal medicine for my father. Its been 2 years and he is perfectly okay and back to his laboratory work even at old age. For your loved ones with Alzheimer's or Dementia, take them off English medicine and use Dr. Rohan herbal treatment. Dr. Rohan can be reached through dr.rohanronjohn@gmail.com

there are way too many of us dealing with parent or grandparent's with Alzheimer's-- BLESS you.. wonderful touching song!
I deal with my dad and get him to take his meds and be happy hard some days
thanks eric, that song touched our hearts... i have been writing extensively about Alzheimer's for over a decade. i believe that Alzheimer's is a TSE prion disease, and i believe it is transmissible via iatrogenic modes as with cjd, i have said this for 2 decades, and i believe science has shown this now, and not only that, but also the aged cattle brain displays Alzheimer’s-like pathology that can be propagated in a prionlike manner, and if this is validated many times, then we are in a mess for sure i.e. FEED FEED FEED, intake, consumption, exposure, FRIENDLY FIRE THERE FROM, here's my take... see; Singeltary comments; Re-Evidence for human transmission of amyloid-β pathology and cerebral amyloid angiopathy >>> The only tenable public line will be that "more research is required’’ <<< >>> possibility on a transmissible prion remains open<<< O.K., so it’s about 23 years later, so somebody please tell me, when is "more research is required’’ enough time for evaluation ? Re-Evidence for human transmission of amyloid-β pathology and cerebral amyloid angiopathy Nature 525, 247?250 (10 September 2015) doi:10.1038/nature15369 Published online 09 September 2015 Updated online 11 September 2015 Erratum (October, 2015) snip...see full Singeltary Nature comment here; Alzheimer's disease let's not forget the elephant in the room. curing Alzheimer's would be a great and wonderful thing, but for starters, why not start with the obvious, lets prove the cause or causes, and then start to stop that. think iatrogenic, friendly fire, or the pass it forward mode of transmission. think medical, surgical, dental, tissue, blood, related transmission. think transmissible spongiform encephalopathy aka tse prion disease aka mad cow type disease... Posted by flounder on 05 Nov 2014 at 21:27 GMT Alzheimer’s disease and Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy prion disease, Iatrogenic, what if ? Background Alzheimer’s disease and Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy disease have both been around a long time, and was discovered in or around the same time frame, early 1900’s. Both diseases are incurable and debilitating brain disease, that are in the end, 100% fatal, with the incubation/clinical period of the Alzheimer’s disease being longer (most of the time) than the TSE prion disease. Symptoms are very similar, and pathology is very similar. Methods Through years of research, as a layperson, of peer review journals, transmission studies, and observations of loved ones and friends that have died from both Alzheimer’s and the TSE prion disease i.e. Heidenhain Variant Creutzfelt Jakob Disease CJD. Results I propose that Alzheimer’s is a TSE disease of low dose, slow, and long incubation disease, and that Alzheimer’s is Transmissible, and is a threat to the public via the many Iatrogenic routes and sources. It was said long ago that the only thing that disputes this, is Alzheimer’s disease transmissibility, or the lack of. The likelihood of many victims of Alzheimer’s disease from the many different Iatrogenic routes and modes of transmission as with the TSE prion disease. Conclusions There should be a Global Congressional Science round table event set up immediately to address these concerns from the many potential routes and sources of the TSE prion disease, including Alzheimer’s disease, and a emergency global doctrine put into effect to help combat the spread of Alzheimer’s disease via the medical, surgical, dental, tissue, and blood arena’s. All human and animal TSE prion disease, including Alzheimer’s should be made reportable in every state, and Internationally, WITH NO age restrictions. Until a proven method of decontamination and autoclaving is proven, and put forth in use universally, in all hospitals and medical, surgical arena’s, or the TSE prion agent will continue to spread. IF we wait until science and corporate politicians wait until politics lets science _prove_ this once and for all, and set forth regulations there from, we will all be exposed to the TSE Prion agents, if that has not happened already. end...tss www.plosone.org/annotation/listThread.action?root=82860 IN CONFIDENCE 5 NOVEMBER 1992 TRANSMISSION OF ALZHEIMER TYPE PLAQUES TO PRIMATES [9. Whilst this matter is not at the moment directly concerned with the iatrogenic CJD cases from hgH, there remains a possibility of litigation here, and this presents an added complication. There are also results to be made available shortly (1) concerning a farmer with CJD who had BSE animals, (2) on the possible transmissibility of Alzheimer’s and (3) a CMO letter on prevention of iatrogenic CJD transmission in neurosurgery, all of which will serve to increase media interest.] web.archive.org/web/20170126060344/collections.europarchive.org/tna/20080102232842/www.bseinquiry.gov.uk/files/yb/1992/11/04001001.pdf web.archive.org/web/20040315075058/www.bseinquiry.gov.uk/files/yb/1992/12/16005001.pdf web.archive.org/web/20040315075058/www.bseinquiry.gov.uk/files/yb/1992/12/16005001.pdf

I know this is about Alzheimer's and his grandpa struggling with it and I respect that, but this song always makes me think of an miss my ex. Her family member suffers from it and she use to listen to this a lot. Rubbed off on me cause now I do too. Miss her every time i hear it.
Where can I find the lyrics to this song.
I am a Geriatric/Alzheimer's Nurse and I L❤️VE my calling in this life to serve those in need. Life is too short. Make lots of memories with your loved ones.
Could you place the words on this Video. for some reason the his voice sounds kind of muffaled,
I truly wish Eric Church would have been the one to have recorded this on an album. Going thru it like he did and showing emotions really comes out when he sings it. Living the past four years with both parents going thru it...it's heartbreaking. I'm blessed to have my beautiful four year old daughter to help me through each day. Thank you Eric Church for writing what many of us feel. Bless you
it's like reincarnation but before you actually die....mind wipe.....
