I agree, 3D printing helicopter blades suck! Never work out. Nice haul, we need to get some games of Alpha Strike in!

If you want to print helicopters but not the blades, Fortress Games has acrylic blade kits to purchase, they’re cheap and have a cool rotating effect.

I had the 1/55th scale die-cast VF-1S when I lived in Japan. Ruined it. Stupid kid me. I plan on doing my own superhero-robots like Tetsujin-28 and Mazinger Z (Tranzor Z when I was a kid) for my Patreon when I get back to sculpting. "Kaiju-busters" is my planned name for the class. My brother had Jetfire. So sweet, but, yes, parts broke and armor lost much too easily. If I had seen Robotech then, I might have held onto it when we tossed our toys.

To be fair, the Clans HAD to have advanced technology. They have a fraction of the planets, population, and production of the inner sphere. If their mechs weren't significantly more powerful than IS mechs, the Clans would not be a threat. The real problem was FASA didn't have battle value to equalize forces on the tabletop. If they had BV or Clan mechs were double weight or something, it would have been much less disruptive to the game.

Mecha Hack is by far and away my favorite rpg. It's simple enough to customize and expand and has just enough bare bones to pick up and run in a night. Picked it up in February and been playing it since. Can't wait for Aether Nexus.
