@Colton Hauk Milkbone stricter guidelines then a regular bakery. Dog biscuits I checked and tested throughout the day like 50 times for moisture that could cause bacteria and if it’s ever found they get rid of everything they made that day… It’s more likely that they had a box of milk bones and didn’t close it and a bug got in it and died or the box got wet and caused buildup and mildew on the biscuits. They’ve been a company for 100 years and they have never had A negative viral incident… There are some really shitty companies that make stuff for dogs because you can when you’re customer can’t complain But I worked at Milkbone and they are crazy about the quality and safety

@@ahmedkareem3601 taking the bolt off. The hard part was tightening the bolt when I put the new one on because I didn't have a tool to hold the pulley to tighten the bolt down to 85"lbs (I believe). Believe it or not I used 4 particle board fan blades stacked. Drilled a big hole in the middle the size of the socket and two smaller holes for the bolts to screw into the pulley. You drill these holes in one end of the fan blades so you have leverage holding the pulley still. The bolts bent, but I was able to get the 85"lbs. Since the bolts were bent there was no way to back them out. So I just broke the particle board blades and straightened them then backed them out. One bolt broke off in the pulley so this method is not recommended. I was able to remove it easily, but still wouldn't recommend this method. If I were to do it again I would buy the tool I needed. But if I didn't have the money. I would've used 5 fan blades and used nuts on the distance of the bolt from the pulley to the fan blades to give it more strength so they wouldn't bend so bad.

When I was young I loved to eat milk bones mainly because they smelled great. That was over 50 years ago. Today just the smell is enough to turn your head. I just recently realized why my dogs had the runs and one had a hard time breathing. Sadly it was the Milkbone maro snack. I like to give that to them after they ate. I have been cooking my own dog food now for about 7 years. I've switched to milos and they love the treats and their stool is perfect. The first thing that was odd was she went to the door wanting to go outside immediately after eating the milk bone. Then she got sick and collapsed in the freezing rain (35 °F, give or take) I noticed her eyes were racing and she was breathing frantically with a rapid heart rate. After the video I called multiple vets trying to find one open. I finally found the animal hospital. While I was doing the calling around she got sick multiple times and started having bloody diarrhea really bad. Her colon was bulging out and her eyes turned red and started bulging out. Her breathing slowed and she curled up in a ball with her tail tucked. This all happened very fast. She was about to die when I carried her into the animal hospital. The only thing that saved her was them flushing as much fluids through her system in the short amount of time that I was able to afford for her to stay there. She looked like hell when I went to pick her up from the hospital but she was happy to see me, wagged her tail and was actually able to walk to me. She walked up the stairs to our bedroom and laid down in her bed and didn't move. It was hard to get her to eat and go outside to handle her business for days. I kept fresh cold water next to her and she drank more than she ate. After about 2 weeks I could see that she was finally getting better. The door bell rang and she barked for the first time since eating the tainted milk bone. Before this I had fed all of my dogs over my lifetime milk bones as treats spanning over 20 years. But after my, or my dogs horrible experience with just 1 treat I did some online research and found multiple others that lost their pets or had similar experiences to mine from milk bones. The problem is the company still makes more money from the treats than it would cost to deal with the few lawsuits from people that had experiences like mine. I wish I could have afforded a lawyer because I have all of the evidence, uneaten treats in the box, the vomited treat, the bloody diarrhea, and the animal hospital and vets findings. I'm so sorry you had to find out the hard way. I have multiple pictures and the documents and one of these days when I figure out how to edit UA-cam videos properly I'll add them to this video.

Are you sure she wasn't poisoned by someone

I am 100% sure, because she never left my sight. She slept in the room with us. I got up that cold Sunday Morning and went downstairs to get their treats, we went into the garage so they could eat their morning snack. As soon as Honey finished her milkbone, she walked to the door kinda weird. I knew she wanted outside. So I opened the door. It was in the high 30's and raining, so it was freezing outside. She took a few steps outside, got sick, then fell to the ground. I called for her to come inside but she was looking around all spaced out like she didn't know where I was and couldn't get up. So I picked her up and laid her on the seat and freaked out when I saw her eyes and how she was breathing. I took a quick video because I wanted people to see what reaction she had from a single milkbone. We kept calling around trying to find a vet that was opened. We finally found an animal hospital that was open and rushed her up there. They told me she was having anaphylactic shock and that her kidneys were shutting down. The best option I could afford was to have her system flushed with fluids for 8 hours. When we went to pick Honey up her eyes were red and bulging out of their sockets. She was able to walk to me and wagged her tail a little. Took her home and to the vet many times over the next several months. It was 2 weeks before she barked and did more than just lay around. She still has permanent kidney damage from that, but she is living a normal life now, thanks to that hospital saving her life. Everyone attacks me and all I want to do is keep someone else from going through what I went through or even worse.

Well, i'm too poor. Love my dog to death. But if I can't afford a 2,000 vet bill it equals a bullet to put between their eyes. Bunch of pussy ass bitches.
