“💯Blessings to all those who enjoy the almighty blessings of Jēsus Christ and Mariá”A’men🙏🏻
3:14 Proceeds from the Father... and the Son!
The also believe that but they use the creed that didn‘t mention that specifically. It was like that also in the west. Both ways are correct.
This is encouraging. I was told I shouldn't say the Rosary in an Eastern Catholic Church because it's not part of their tradition. I love Divine Liturgy, and love the Rosary, and like to say the Rosary before service.
I grew up in a ukrainian-ruthenian catholic church and the Rosary was recited by the congregation before every sunday mass. They pray the Rosary frequently.
My Ukr Greek Catholic Church welcomes and even blessed my rosary. Personally, I simply adjust my prayers to be said in Eastern Rite, but it’s still a Dominican rosary. Our priest compared the traditions very simply: imagine that you and I (and the third person with us) has three identical houses in a row. Would they all be decorated and laid out the exact same way? Of course, not. But they are still houses, and their purpose can be fulfilled in each of them. I know I’m late to this thread, but I hope it helps you (or someone) to have the perspective I had. Blessings and peace to you from NY!
PAZ PARA A UCRÂNIA E OUTRAS NAÇÕES DO MUNDO. 🇧🇷🙏🏻

Hi Father, I’m just curious, Is there any information on which Tribe were each Twelve Apostles from?
Very courageous statement by Father Peter! May God give us a courage to match what we’re about to confront. May He make us steadfast in Faith and in Love!
Genesis 4:17 mentions the city founded by Cain which he named Enoch being the name of his descendant. Genesis 5:22-24 mentions Enoch as a descendant of Seth. Are there 2 Enoch’s in the Bible? Or is this a case of using the word “son” in place of the word “nephew” as it is seen in other places in the Bible, per example when the word “brother” replaces “cousin”?
“...Not for food!” Fr. Babej. How do we know that Abel was not raising sheep for food as well as for wool? Are there solid scientific data or other sources we can look at? My understanding was that we were first hunter-gatherers and only in recent history we became farmers. Is science contradicting religion? Genesis 4:3-4 says that Abel brought the firstlings of his flock and their fat portions. Would Abel not consume the rest of the animal after taking the fat portions to offer to God? Science shows that what caused our brains to increase in size was the eating of cooked meat with the advent of fire. The Jews consider the waste of food a sin. Was this not the case also before the Jewish people came into being? I posit that Abel raised flock for food as well as for its wool.
My best wishes to the wonderful couple! Mnohaya Lita! May God bless you richly!

the Icons on the iconostasis are beautiful!
Words of Jesus himself when his mother was calling for him..."Who is my mother and who are my brothers, those who do the will of God." Jesus did not leave preaching to attend to his mother and brothers. That says a lot. Another example, someone comes up to Jesus and says, blessed is the womb that bore you and the breasts that nursed you. Jesus replied, MORE THAN THAT BLESSED ARE THOSE THAT HEAR THE WORD OF GOD AND KEEP IT. Jesus had different chances to exalt mary, but he didn't. Why are you exalting mary? Why are you worshipping mary? Repent
