this was a really good look at german apartments in bremen. I did a study in Bremen for 3 years (2020-2023) and walked past these exact apartments every day. For reference, mine was a similar size apartment costing around 680 euros/month, so that figure has probably gone up by 80 euros or so in the last few years.

No, at my time they did not. However you can definitely ask for one in a small disposable glass.

Nice video! You might want to add that the cost for your apartment has to be paid monthly. In England you would always express the rent as a weekly amount. Students have to vacate the apartment over the summer as a lot of them are being used as accommodation for other purposes. Just so that people are clear about cost.
Yes Maria. You definitely have a good point. The rent paid here is on a monthly basis, deducted directly from one’s bank account via SEPA Mandate. The country here is on a yearly basis, and we got to prove our eligibility to stay (based upon our student status) with Immatrikulationsbescheinigung/ immatriculation certificate. 👍🏻

My brother and sister siblings are coming to Germany Berlin for university taught in English medium. There are going to get a apartment with a double bed bathroom and kitchen which is about 550 euros for both.

Hi Bro i also have flight on 7 october 2022 from kolkata... I have heard that we literally have to run for catching the next flight ....mine is also a Qatar flight kol>Doha>frankfurt and have a layover of 1hr 55min do i need to make any special request to Qatar or any planning beforehand ??
No special requests required. I had 1hr 30 mins of layover. It was just sufficient.

What was the baggage allowance for students?
It was 2*23 kgs + 8 kgs hand luggage + laptop bag.
@@prereetsoni1177 okay. But now they mentioned that one has to first be a student club member, then one can have 10kgs more than usual allowance of 25kg check in. And only one hand baggage allowed of 7kg. So 25+10 check in+7 hand luggage

I’m not sure about the language student though. But any student can apply for the Wohnung/apartment. I being a student of HS Bremerhaven, stayed in STW Wolfsburg for 2 months during my student job in Wolfsburg.

Just google ‘STW Bremen’ and you’ll get the application link there itself. Also, the process is same irrespective of nationalities.
