@oscarcardenas120 yeah, the Autozone version has a problem. Even though they say it's specific to your vehicle, the center top spring tension nut is not torqued correctly out of the box. So, if you go with that strut, you'll need to find out from your dealership what the torque specs for that spring should be, under load, for your specific vehicle.

@TuffTgr I just stuck with the Dunlop Sportmax 300 Sport that it came with stock. Those are really good for corners. They only last 3 months the way I ride, but I just throw on a new set. Usually, get just a new rear twice, then change out both, then just the rear twice again.

@@TuffTgr no, the tire size is perfect for this bike. I never understood people trying to change the size to a bigger one. There's no need, and I've heard plenty of people regret doing so.

Wouldn't make a difference, but I was in lane position 1 before this clip started. Longer video somewhere in my channel. I moved over preparing to enter the Dainese parking lot but was paying attention to the cars and slowing down just in case. I hate those kinds of parking spots. I've had people do this to me even when I'm in a car with my wife going to pick up gear.😅

You're welcome. I did it specifically because I couldn't find any videos on this when I was installing mine. So, I decided to fill the void for anyone else looking.

Before you disconnect it you can just crack all of your windows to see if that stops the drone noise. Cracking your windows disables the ANC. If the drone noise stops, then just disconnect the ANC and problem solved. Don't want to have to ride around with the windows cracked all the time.

My amp doesn't require the blue signal wire. I have it set on DC so the amp powers on when it senses power on the speaker wires. Assuming you don't have an amp with that capability, you can just tap that blue wire into your speaker wire that you are getting your radio signal from. You can just tap it right near the end connected to the amp. That only gets power when you turn the radio on and will turn on your amp automatically. Let me know if that works for your setup.

My amp accepts speaker level inputs, so if yours does and you followed my setup, connecting the blue wire as I told you will work. If your amp does not accept speaker level inputs and you used an LOC, then it won't work most likely. You will need to tap something else like the license plate light. If you tap the license plate light you'd just have to drive with your headlights on to turn on the amp and keep it on.

You are the best! My amp does have a blue wire for power. I just ordered the kicker KSL and will not use the wire to RCA converter but still need to power the amp. Do you think I could hard wire into the fuse box similar to the way I hard wire my radar detector? I put them into a fuse that is not live, and only works when the car is running.

@JonathanC-sk4lh yeah, you can definitely use a fuse tap since you know how. I assume you know how to find one that only powers up with the car on.

Yea sir. I can def do that and use the KISL tapped into the oem sub wiring using that connection you brilliantly showed us in the video to tap into for the sub amp input. Thank you!!

Yes, it's the 2018 Ford Fusion S. It is the same process for both front struts to be replaced.

Sorry, I didn't make note of the sizes beyond the ratchet sizes. You're just reusing the original mounting hardware except for the top three in the engine compartment, which come with the new struts.
