Beautifully said. We all have gone through a pain that changes you. Especially from a heart break. What I learned was that accepting the feeling can help you learn from what went wrong. You learn and you grow. So keep on growing....🤍

That's life. What's done is done, And what will be will be. There's no sense wishing on the past. You cannot mold what is already set in stone. The only thing you can do to stop feeling bad about it, beating yourself up or getting angry at other's actions towards you, is to reframe it. It's cliché, however shifting perspective works. It takes time and wisdom, yet it's worth the wait. And seriously, smile more. Even if you don't feel like it. Eventually the dopamine will soak into your noodle (brain), and the bad memories will fade. They'll still pop up, but as time goes on, you'll notice you don't dwell on your mistakes or traumas as much. If that's any consolation to anyone struggling with their mental or physical health, or an unfortunate situation/outcome in life, hold the hope that the pain of regret, embarrassment or victimhood will dissipate as time ticks on. Literally, time heals all wounds... when you stop poking at it. Become indifferent and the nightmares will stop in time. Take yourself less seriously, and learn to laugh at yourself. It works wonders when you can show humility through humour. If I can learn this being only two years older than OP, imagine what you can learn with an "I am more than" attitude over the course of a lifetime. Lo que sea sera ✌💖

Girl, i was just thinking bout the same things as 18 year old. 5 months after I will be 19, and I was feeling like " I didn't achieve " . I started college but it felt like Im not belonging to it. Days by days I just realize that the main thing is how you treat yourself ,how you accept just the way you are. You give so safe place feeling, thanks for the beautiful contents ♡
