As a young adult flying to new places was great fun - then after the 4 or 5 time or stuck in an airport - the fun was gone but alcohol did numb the pain

I remember flying on N8646B when it was still in the Canyon Blue livery a couple years back. Now look at it carrying the Nevada One livery!

Suggest you go on a Friday from 4:00-7:00. Aside from the majors, there's AC, Sun Country, Fedex landing and departing, Alaska, Frontier, Atlas Air, and JetBlue. It has to be cloudy so you're not looking into the sun. Avoid Saturdays since there's far fewer flights.
