Interacting at all with AI stuff tells the algorithm to push it to more people. So no, do not even interact with it or use it as a reference or it'll feed you and others more of it.

As it is now, AI is not made for artists or as an actual tool and that makes using it as an actual tool very difficult. I hope to see a day where AI is not used to devalue people in different fields and be made in support of us.
