Love Dana so much, she’s my favorite character out of everyone. But in this line I 100% agree. The colors did not suit her at all. I still liked the long skirt with the Hawaiian like print & the Hawaii wording on the shirt, but it still felt a bit messy. Dana is usually very girly & sparkly/glam…often in pink, purple, & glitter. I feel like they should have added her to the Spring Break line instead and maybe left her out of this one. That said, she’s the only time Dana has appeared tan so I do appreciate that💜 I had Sasha as a kid & still love that doll..the yellow top POPS on her skin tone and the detailed shorts are so beach’s & cute with the shells. 🐚 🩵

idk if you will see this but the reason meygans jeans are different is because the meygan on the box is her prototype and they ended up using normal jeans for the final product

This was considered a little bit expensive for a $10 price before, but people paying for the quality back then. Now barbie are pricy but very low quality, no articulation and pixelated face. I just wish mattel will step up.

Sonya Rose are dolls made by the Kurhn Toy Company for the Russian market. Kurhn dolls are made for the Chinese market :)

I think I was 5 years old when I saw the commercial for this line and I literally cried cuz I wanted one so bad,so I spent hours at least an hour just looking at those dolls at toys shop cuz my family was single and barely scraping money so I got those catalogs. I’m pleased that UA-cams algorithm showed me this video.❤

Knowing that this is what Fashionistas or Barbie Extra COULD have been just makes it hurt even more.

I think these dolls definitely took inspiration from the LOL doll line but because those dolls are imported to Korea they're much more expensive? And these kind fill in that gap of wanting a doll with a similar style for a more affordable price!

They are $35 on Amazon just FYI. I like Black Pink and 2NE1 but I mainly listened to Jpop and Rock. Like L'arc En Ciel and AnCafe.

the 2 stand clips are included so you can use one for the waist and one for around the knees! that's what I use them for and it helps them stay more securely on their stands

a solution that I'm thinking about is buying doll storage boxes to pack excess dolls in & have a rotating display out for whenever ,especially maybe when you need to dust off your display you can cycle in a new set & store the rest after cleaning

I’m still learning about a lot of lines I never knew about, but like you said I have sentimental characters that resonate with me the most. Chloe and Sasha are my faves from the core 4 mainly from the games and tv show. And I’ve always been obsessed with Phoebe and Roxxi since I was a kid as well! Hopefully this week I’ll be buying Treasures Roxxi nib!
