when I use the sweep mesh tool, there is not much I need to do for the UV. but, there are some parts I had to unwrap manually, it was hairs that I did mirror and they are connected. Lowlopy longhair 3d modeling. The way to make hair is Ep curve then Sweep mesh then Duplicate and EP curve again. 선생님 오늘도 예제 공유 감사합니다. 질문이 있는데, 제가 국내 타 유튜버들을 보면서 3번 부를 때 섭디 라고 하는걸 봤는데요, 저도 3번을 스무스 프리뷰라고 알고 있었는데 어떤 명칭이 맞는건지 여쭤봅니다~
네! 3번을 섭디라고 부르는 건 아마 지브러쉬에서 사용하는 단어를 그대로 사용하는 것일 거에요. 서비디비전(subdivision)의 줄임말로 지브러쉬에서 사용하면 폴리수가 늘어나면서 모델을 스무스하게 만들어 주면서, 이전의 모양 또한 저장하고 있어요. 마야에선 정식으로는 스무스 메시 프리뷰(smooth mesh preview) 라고 부르고 있어요 😀 저는 마야를 쓰고 있으니까 마야에서 정한 단어를 사용하지만, 결국는 '스무스하게 하다' 라는 같은 의미를 가지고 있네요! 뜻만 통한다면 둘중 어느것을 사용해도 괜찮지 않을까요? 🙂 추가: Subdiv Proxy Options 이란 것도 마야에 있네요! 이것에서 유례하여 사용했을 수도 있겠네요! 좋은 질문 감사해요 😀

Hmmmm, maybe 5 hours?🤔 It depends on the person, I think. Even as beginners, they have different speed for work. 🙂
this tutorial would be great if you would explain which tools you used. the tool in 0:15 with this weird grid is not a standart tool that is in this bar so its really hard to figure out what it is and how you got it there. but otherwise great tutorial
That is true! I usually add subtitle for it but somehow I forgot 🥲 the tool at 0:15 is mesh tool > insert edge tool. I add tools name soon! Thank you!! 😊

저는 귀 끝부분 제일 높은 곳의 벌텍스를 잡고 피벗을 사용하여 끌어 올렸는데 엣지를 잡아도 될것 같아요 🙂 화이팅!

I like that the cuts in the leaves all have different sizes and are spaced in a realistic way. i like that the leaves all have their own independent tilt. I'm trying to make an oasis scene this helped.

Hello! Only Curve for arch shape? Hmm, 🤔 I don't know. I learned that as long as the wire frames are clean, it is ok! Curve with Sweep Tool may work too 🙂

When you work the curve you should change the view window. Like side view, top view. Press space, then the work view window will be spreading 4 section. Choose a side view 😀 6:48

Omg, it's such simple solution, but saving so much time! Thank you so much ^^ PS Btw, if you join splines into single object you'll be able to use soft selection that will affect nearby strands. And for fringe you can use one deformed plane with solidify modifier placed on top.
