98% of the time I'm sure the answer is no. Most exploits are related to the way the server game mode is written in LUA. Not with the engine itself, and GMod's HLL engine and CSGO deviated enough to not be comparable probably a decade ago.

Those don't really exist, and he uses a soundboard where he some how uses buttons for each individual word as he has stated, he has like 1000 sounds, and he memorised it so well he can make sentences
