Jesus literally said he forgives sins but sin no more period. Your supposed to severe god the way the god said. But its to hard so man made up his own way to serve god. 1st changed the real Sabbath thats Friday sundown to Saturday sundown because it was to hard. Now you can sin all week long and break the real sabbath. Come in a few hours on sunday practing man made religion.Go to a priest who molest kids. Sorry, but that's not how people come by faith by a stupid commercial. People come by faith by the preaching of the word, plus God does hate God hates sin, yes, he does get us that we're dirty rotten sinners, but the problem is these sinners don't get who Jesus is and some Christians don't get who Jesus is

This ad said absolutely nothing about how Jesus wants us to REPENT of our sins. Yes, He loves us, He "gets us", but do WE get HIM? Jesus loved people but told them to "sin no more". This ad CLEARLY targets those Christians who believe the BIBLE when it says that sexual deviancy and murder in the womb are sins. This ad makes Christians who believe what the BIBLE says about sin look like the hateful ones because we aren't AFFIRMING their sin but instead seeking to lead them to the TRUE Jesus who asks us to repent of sin. All this ad does is create a bigger division between the Right and the Left. The fact you can't see that is very concerning if you call yourself a Christian.

An example of what i mean is the expression "turn the other cheek", everyone assumes means to be passive and not react back, in culture of the time to turn your cheek meant the equivalent of showing your back to them, it means to cut them out your life, to be confrontational, not allow them to hurt you or others and simply walk away

Hey brother this is Larry from Eugene Oregon...thanks for the study and I'm sorry about your parents passing away my mom passed away last year and it was very devastating but it's very comforting to know that we will see them again and be spending all of eternity with them in the new heaven and the new Earth and what a glorious time that will be.
