Adventure Recon is a Arkansas based Off-Roading channel built up of great friendships over the years that love camping together in the Ozark Forest. I started this channel to document all our trip and log our memories, but now these guys are like family. Greg , Mike, Matt, Brad, Rob, Duane, Rick, Bob and myself love taking our Jeeps off grid and just unplugging from our fast pace lives on long weekends. I owned “Recon” my Jeep TJ for over 10 years but now I’ve purchased a JKU Rubicon and I’m looking forward to putting more content out for all you to check out! 4 Low Adventure Run in the Ozarks | Illinois Bayou Camping
This was our AR Team hitting some of the harder trails. We only ran about 25 miles on this weekend outing. Rob made a awesome campfire and the whether was great. Billy “Broke His SH$T but still had a outstanding trip even with all that went wrong. No one got hurt and Jeep parts can be replaced. Be sure to hit the 🔔 to Sub. We’re trying to get to 2000 SUBSCRIBERS this year.

Pentastar Head Gasket | Jeep JKU

Unexpected 3.6L head gasket problems on the 2013 Rubi. Jeep started having problems at 155k. Got a 2017 crate motor with around 10k miles on it installed in only 2 1/2 days and hit the road to the Ozarks with buddies.

JKU Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Maximus-3 | RTT install on JKU

In this video I install my rack on the JKU for my RTT. I went with the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Roof Tray Aluminum 76x54 item # RR65TB and Maximus-3 roof mounts with labber. I think it turned out great and I like the tightness of this setup. No Cons yet other than it just takes time putting it all together. Love my TJ RECON for 10 years but it was time for more room. I found this 2013 JKUR and fell in love. Color and build was just like I built it myself. I will always be a JEEP guy, they’re the most capable rig platform for what I like to do both camping and wheeling hard trails. Thanks for watching and please hit the Subscriber bell.

Sugar Camp, national forest scenic byway is the loop we ran on this video. Was all open Forest road that any Full size rig can fit.
