There's one simple improvement that can make this game to be the legend - disable saving outside of the bed.

bro please get a better mic. the video is great, but your mic sounds like you are on an early 2000s skype office meeting. a Yeti is a good bang/buck mic. This game is...frustrating. it rides the line between becoming one of my favorite games of all times, and irritating me more than cyberpunk did and starfield does. Im not going to completely trash the developers because they have arguably the foundations of a game of the year contender here, however this game should've been delayed atleast another month for optimization alone. I have a 4070ti super and a i9 14900k and it took me nearly 5 hours trouble shooting settings just to get the game to run even mediocrely consistent, and i continue to lag and get FPS spikes any time there are more than 6 humanoids in my general vicinity. I can play cyberpunk on 4k with ultra settings, forza horizon 5 on ultra, and THIS game is the one that turns my cooling fans into turbo jet engines? its unacceptable. I'd be more accepting of the excuse of "theres a war going on over here, and development has been stalled because of it" if it pushed back the development of the game another month or two to fix the headaches the game is plagued with now. That excuse however doesn't work when you release the game in a broken state, borderline unplayable without Optimization mods, hours of settings adjustments, and continued issues after the fact. The game needs three things within the next few days, early to mid this week as its first patch: 1. The memory leak involving Humanoid models needs to be solved immediately, along with the issue that the game can't clear its own cache. your game essentially continues to render everything as you move in the direction to you, without clearing out the things outside of distance behind you. These two things are causing massive performance issues. 2. Optimization of texture packs, Asset models like trees and signs, and a time limit on when things de-spawn. for example if you leave a broken mp5 next to one of your base chests, it'll stay there until you pick it up, fix it, or sell it. The game is supposed to despawn certain assets and items, but its inconsistent and fails to do so, causing memory usage issues. 3. Mutant health doesn't need adjusting, but their damage reduction modifiers do. Blood suckers have the same amount of health as you do, but it has x3 the resistance to damage of anything else in game besides specters. Theres no reason why it should take 2 full magazines of an ak74s to take down a blood sucker. I hope they fix this within the next couple days before the game's issues bursts all of the momentum that was hyped about it.

All movement is very minimal on the stick every time I do a ground run on one of ours I screw around with the flight controls a little. One thing they don’t tell you is the incredible force you have to put down for the toe brake 😂

Great video dude its for sure a struggle doing it that way ahahha i didnt have the patience for it when i did my 50 grind i would clear the whole thing solo then go to delta 3 and fly back to lima 1and just do it over and over but i whiped and trying to hit lvl 50 for the 2nd time before the whipe ahah

Awesome job! i Just reached Lvl 40 Too bad you are with Mithras, otherwise we could squad up. But maybe the Rogue option comes soon, then players can team up even if they come from different factions. ( i did send a feature request, that they should make it possible to go rogue and then jojn another faction (as a one way ticket) without wiping your character )

How is the A-10C in VR? Are you able to use all the systems with only the HOTAS or do you have to use your mouse/keyboard as well. Im trying to figure out which full fidelity model is the best to use in VR.

Just redownloaded DCS, hoping there are actually some wings to fly with, going to have to retrain myself.

In OpenXR tools for windows mixed reality you can try switching motion reprojection to half framerate. I’m using a reverb g2 also and this makes a huge difference especially at low level. If that works for you then maybe you can not use DLSS. I just have to remember to disable reprojection when using other games afterwards.

Syria, Sinai and Kola are my go to maps now. Kola for a great green scenery besides Caucasus. Really depends of the mission I want to build. All the maps have their own perks.

Are all the airliners from the RAT mod? I remember trying it years ago and it completely overloaded my processor.

Je mi do plaču že to bude mať wipe,mám pár hodín týždenne aby som si zahral a nieje možné aby som splnil všetky Questy,ledva sa mi podarí niečo splniť a už o to prídem,vôbec ma to nemotivuje hrať ďálej a peniaze za hru mi nikto nevráti,prosím aspoň PvE nech je ako tarkov a nemá wipe,,tiež ma zaujíma či bude v hre čeština ?

How is the game now? I played in the beginning and I enjoyed the game loop but there was some glaring issues that were a bit annoying. Biggest thing was hit registration. I really liked the theme and I like that it was on a new engine. I ultimately went back to Tarkov. But I got suggested you video. Anyways wanted to comment for your algorithm. Thanks!

@RaptorRising curious, what your final settings are. Are you able to share your settings?

For me, the easiest is the Tomcat, by far. I am using the Thrustmaster HOTAS bundle. Stick, throttle and pedals are in one box. $250 I think. The spring on the stick is very stiff with no way of adjustment. The throttle isn't too shabby, but the pedals are the slider type, not the push/pull that are in real aircraft. Fine movement control is almost impossible, and I've played with the curves till the cows came home and it helps slightly. But with that said, the most difficult for me is the Viper. So twitchy and so fast and light, you're like a one armed paper hanger. Constantly in motion.

For me personally, it's the Hornet

I have all jets listed above and the Mirage 2000C is definitely the easiest to control while refueling.
