Hoping for Citizen to reissue this, the quartz one feel... lack of charm
What are you using to clean it with here, the two tools i mea.
Hello friend, a question. What liquid does the cotton swab contain? Best regards and excellent work.
I use Wasbenzine here. It's a kind of Naphtha.
@@vascovisser Ok, thanks for the information. It should be something similar to "white gasoline." It is transparent and evaporates. It is used for cleaning. Thank you very much, my friend. I have the dial of my bullhead and I will clean it gently with a pinch of white gasoline. Excellent channel. You have a new subscriber. Greetings from the south of the world in Chile.
What’s the parts count? That’s crazy looking.
Not sure on the part count. What's your guess?
Great job! I don't think I ever saw a jewel like that before
Brilliant Bullhead. I service and restore Seiko and Citizen watches as well and love working on the 8110a movements. They are challenging to get right especially the chronograph bridge. Loved that you made a stake on your lath to tighten the bearing race on the winding weight. Well done.
Thanks! The 8110a has such an interesting design, right? I agree the chronograph bridge can be tricky. The levers that are mounted on the underside of the bridge should be positioned so that they don't engage with the cams on the chronograph wheels. Another complication with placing this bridge is that the escape wheel jewel sits in this plate too, that pivot is so easy to break off.
@@vascovisserHi guys! Maybe you can give me some advise. I think I pushed release button (pin) when I was reinserting a stem in this exact calibre. And it is now in the second position (date change) no matter what I do. Is there something I can do to reset it except disassembling the dial side of the movement? I would really appreciate any advise.
Thanks for sharing.
Chill music wouldn't be bad, the rest of the video was great
Thanks for the feedback
This was Cliff Booth’s watch in “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.”
You're right! Great movie, great character, great acting!
Sin palabras.
