Tasty Custard Melting Moments
Ingredients
250g salted butter/ or margarine/rama
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup oil
1tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup custard powder
2 cups cake flour or all purpose
Method
1.Beat butter till light and fluffy
2.Add icing sugar,beat
3.,Then add oil and vanilla essence,beat for few minutes
4.Add cake flour and custard powder
5.Blend till smooth
6.Transfer to a piping bag,use star or 1M to pipe desired shapes
7. Bake on 180 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
8.Dip biscuits in chocolate and decorate with pistachios or sprinkles
