Pollo al Chilindron, Spanish Chicken Stew with Tomatoes and Peppers
A famous recipe from Spain, Especially from Aragon and Rioja region. Nice dish and easy to make.
Ingredients:
Two pounds or one kilo of chicken: 8 pieces total of chicken tights or legs.
Olive oil OVOO
One spoon of smoked paprika
One cup of dry white wine,
One green, Yellow and Red bell pepper cut Julianne style
One white onion also cut Julianne style
5 garlic cloves in slices.
3 bay leaves
one of 12 ounces of crushed tomatoes
4 ounces of Jamon de bellota in cutting in diced pieces..
Salt and pepper to taste

They look great. 5:36 I'd add a pinch of salt at this moment to let the vegs "cry". Perhaps in the USA people find it easier to cook them in the oven instead of frying.
I agreed Jose Antonio, salt and/or pepper is could be added to the veggies or to the meat. Argentines prefer to bake them, I rather fry them. Thanks for watching my channel.

Imagínate si al Cocido Madrileño se la añade salchichas Frankfurt o sardinas? En Valencia hay muchas recetas de arroz como ejemplo arroz al horno, arròs amb fesols i naps, Arroz del senyoret, Arròs negre y muchos más pero a ninguno se le dice paella. Your parents for the Golden Visa need to buy a property or properties to the value of €500,000 before taxes and in cash. If the use a mortgage, still the cash down has to be €500,000. Such a great dish and beautifully prepared.
That's a lot of work. It's either fresh with head and all here, or frozen, but only one frozen brand deveins the frozen, de-headed and shelled shrimp and it's more than double the price of the other brands. They don't generally devein here in Valencian Community... Hope I'm wrong, but the langostino served in my dinner at an upscale restaurant wasn't. Price of saffron isn't as bad as in the US. That sauce looks like it needs a baguette! That tapas sized portion and some bread would be great for dinner.
My GM taught me to clean them. I put some música and a glass of tinto and do It. But you are right is a los of work. I did the video because a subscriber asked me about It. I agreed I most of the rest the clean the dorsal vein but not the ventral. Thanks for Watching the video.

Las gambas mejor españolas por ejemplo de Huelva mas pequeñas (incluso arroceras) Mejor para el ajillo
