    Congrats on passing!! Woo hoo!! Awww, poor trampoline! I LOVE trampolines and I have always wanted one! I think that is a good idea changing your weigh in day and I hope that helps you stay motivated!

    If you want chocolate, let yourself have it! Just try to make it as dark as you can handle, and it will actually be good for you!

    You have to start by being understanding with yourself! We all have cheat days but as long as we get back on the horse it's fine. If you crave pizza go for a healthier choice, I've recently tried cauliflower pizza and it tastes and smells so nice. All the ingredients come together really nice. I can't remember if you're on my Twitter but please do go on there and get in touch every time you feel like this!!!! I'm in the UK too and so time difference won't be an issue!! Cheer up, it's not the end of the world!! Have a few portions of chicken in the freezer for the days when you don't have time to cook and just grill them for the day! I have a few good videos coming up on eating, mood and so on and I hope they will help too! :)

    I feel you... I had a 3 week bit that sounds very similar to what you're talking about and it sucked. I had to make a video shortly after that and admit that I hadn't been giving this weight loss thing a 100% and that it was time to change. I can't say what really led to that change but I know part of it was remembering why I started it in the first place. I have to remind myself ALL the friggen time why I started and I wanted it SO badly to begin with. Other than that, the only thing that seems to get me out of a slump like that are youtube videos and watching everyone being awesome and doing things... You will get out of this slump! I believe in you Liv!! Have fun over summer break!! = )

    Everybody has slip ups! And I think as long as you are fitting things into your daily points, it's okay to eat some rubbish...just try to keep the rubbish down to no more than one meal a day. Well, that and keep in mind how you feel after. The more you eat healthy, the more you will want to eat healthy. But you are always going to want something "bad". Those foods aren't "bad", you just need to eat less of them. Don't be so hard on yourself. There are always going to be obstacles. Don't give up! Keep going because otherwise you will feel even worse if you just throw in the towel. Pick yourself up and keep going. The point of the vlogs is to help hold yourself accountable. Always be honest!! It will help you in the long run! When I first started and for months, I had a "bad" day at least once a week. I still do sometimes, a couple times a month now, but up until the end of April and maybe even the beginning of May I still struggled. It's not as bad now, but I know I will again....and again and again and again. But that's okay. It's all part of the journey! Just keep picking yourself up and trying again. You haven't failed until you have given up. I do believe Shay himself would say that! You can do it!!!

    Trust me when I say I get it. My video and your vid this week have a lot in common lol. I say just start looking at why you're doing it very hard figure out your triggers then be hyper aware of them.... and make rant videos when you hose it up after busting the exercise out. LOL Perhaps not the most helpful response, but know you're not the only one. You can do this! :)

    WHAAAAAAATTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!! That's AMAZING!!! Your welcome for calling you out, lol. I meant it with love of course! But you did AWESOME this week!!!! And it is a new lifestyle. I know it's hard when you first start, but it gets easier and some choices just become more natural...at least I think so. I mean, don't get me wrong, you are still going to want junky foods here and there, but you just reset and keep going. Keep up the great work!!

    Your OOTD was soooo NOT boring! I thought it was cute! Cheesecake and pizza?!?! Lol!! Treats every once in awhile are okay, but seriously though...there is always a reason or event or something happening to eat unhealthy foods. Just be careful about how often you allow that to happen, particularly the day before a weigh in! Just a little tough love from me to you! I hope it worked out and you won!

    You need to eat more during the day! But that dinner looked SOOOO good!!! I think you ARE supposed to eat your points because your body needs a certain amount of fuel to get through the day without it going into starvation mode and holding onto the weight. I think the activity points are optional to use. You can use them to eat more food if you want, but you don't have to and it will help you lose more if you don't use them. BUT your normal daily points, you DO need to eat. At least that is how it was when I did weight watchers, but they have changed a lot since I did it way back when!

      Yeah - as you'll see in today's vlog I got super hungry around 11pm and was like AH - THIS IS WHY I NEED ALL THE POINTS haha! I promise to eat all the points from now on!!!

    All of Monday and this morning I was feeling low and agitated myself..like I'd snap at every driver on the road and come home feeling like sht :( but I took an impromptu walk to my local park today and felt all better. I guess it a just a weird girl thing :/ anyway, I like you..can we be friends? I document my weight loss as well :D

      Yeah it must be a girl thing!! But exercise/doing something helps so so much! I think you just gotta be self aware enough to realise why you're moody/that you are actually moody and then do something about it!! (P.s the fact that it's Monday never helps!!)     Thank you for this! I know you are across the ocean, but we are the same in so many ways! What you said about weightloss being a lonely journey...you are right in some ways because only YOU can lose the weight that you have and no one else can do it for you. But you are also right that we are NOT alone! We have each other!! A virtual hug!!! HUG!!! You can eat the right things! You can do it! Although your day is already over and I've already seen your intsagrams from the beach and it looked so beautiful and so fun! As far as eating late at night...the first step is going to be early...or at least on time! ;) I struggle with that too, but sometimes when I start craving something I know it's time to just go to bed and the craving is gone in the morning :)

    Weight Watchers is amazing, its how i started to loose weight :D and i do both tracking and the simple start, i switch on different days depending on what I'm doing, but it will deffo work for you, and i think u will like it :D good luck, i will be rooting you on :D :D :D

    I have a bunch of laundry on my bed I have to put away too while I'm watching UA-cam. :) Snickers are one of my favorite candy bars. You are strong for not eating it! "Make better choices" has been my motto since the beginning of the year! Although I think I've forgotten it this past week :( No more diet bet to spur me on. But I'm starting it back up in March. I HAVE to be able to do it on my own without diet bet, though! Love all your videos! And the Valentine's one on your other channel was one of the best videos I have ever seen, LOVED it! :)

      I'm exactly the same, hoping to upload my vlog of the weekend later today where I say exactly the same thing - no more DietBet = hard to keep motivated!! You mean you're starting another DietBet in March? Felt totally unmotivated yesterday, also feel like my weight loss has kinda got stuck on a plato, I know a lot of it is my silly excuses and I just need to stay motivated and carry on, but it's hard!!! And haha, thanks - the Valentine's video was just a silly spur of the moment thing, but people seem to like it haha! :)

      Carlie said she is doing another diet bet in March, so I am planning on doing that one. I have also considered doing a 6 month 10% diet bet, but I'm afraid of the commitment, lol. But then I'm like, "What? Am I not committed to losing weight for more than a month at a time?" So I'm still thinking about that one! And I've kind of been on a plateau for a week now, and it's frustrating but at the same time I KNOW it is because I have not been eating well enough! I need more fruits and veggies and more water and more sleep at night!

      Thank you, it is so yummy and so easy!!! I would highly recommend investing in a hand blender, mine was £5 (GBP) from my local supermarket! :)

      Hmmm, not sure how many dollars that would be...about $10-15, I think. That's not bad at all! The last time I saw one in the store I think it was $60...not sure how long ago that was or what brand it was. I'll have to look again once I have my own place again and can actually use it!

    I've never heard that about fruit, but I don't really know if I've ever eaten much fruit late in the day. I usually have fruit at breakfast and maybe lunch. Hmmm.

    YES!! Daily vlogs are VERY difficult, especially with a full time job and being in school like you are might even be more work than a full time job because of all the homework you probably have to do as well. But whatever you post I'm sure it will be fun!

    Pretty nails! My nails just don't grow well, so they are always short like yours ;) I like your chart...I use stones in jar but I'm always forgetting how many stones I've put in, lol.
