It’s really sad to hear about what you’re going through, but don’t worry-you will recover soon. After my accident, I underwent surgery three days later. Post-surgery, I had to keep my hand immobilized. The doctors used bandages and other treatments, like casting, to ensure the bone healed properly. A year later, I went for a second surgery to remove the implant. Although I didn’t feel any pain after the first surgery, I experienced discomfort whenever I tried to lift or push weight. It felt as if there was pressure or irritation at the implant site, making it very uncomfortable. I consulted the doctor, explained the issue, and they agreed to remove the implant. After the second surgery, it took me about three months to return to the gym. Over the next three months, I gradually increased my lifting capacity, and within another three months, I was back to lifting heavier weights than I did before the accident. Now, I can deadlift over 150kg and bench press more than 90 kg. So don’t worry-recovery takes time, but you’ll get there. In about 18 months, you’ll find yourself stronger and better than before!
