Ep 204: Curiosity Killed the Fat
Just the other day one of my students asked me what was the key thinking change that I made in order to release 40 pounds and maintain my ideal weight for 30 years.

I am 82 , surly that is to old 😢
There’s a huge difference between fashion and style. I think about someone like Audrey Hepburn … She always looked fabulous and never caved in to wearing ‘the latest’ look. Regardless of what your ‘expert’ claims, I will continue to prefer to wear my tops with mock turtlenecks and 3/4 length sleeves. I’m 80 and plan to wear what I love .. that’s because I am the boss of me and will wear whatever I want and not cave in!

I put on 90 lb in 9 months after my divorce, without changing the way I ate or the way I worked out. Yes, mine was entirely psychological. My brain decided I needed fat armor to keep men away from me. Now I still get hit on, but it's by guys who think that I'm desperate because I'm fat. I've got to get the lard back off my ass and get back to a body I recognize!
