This beautiful home!!! I absolutely love the natural light, black and white guest bathroom, gold in the kitchen, original flooring looks great and adds charm, pocket doors, trim work looks on point. Love the walk in closets too. This home is lovely and have done a beautiful job updating the home but keeping alot of the original features! Love the brick driveway. Thanks for the information. Seems alittle tight to me for some reason. I would put an island in the kitchen and go with with brown or natural wood throuout for the cabinets. Prefer central hearing and air instead of a wall heater and convert the carport to a garage. Nice backyard and wood flooring though... laundry in the livingroom seems wierd.

You tour a house like a yoyo, up and down and very confusing!

We went all out when we built that place it’s sad to know we won’t be able to live in it. All of the cabinets are handmade by local Amish craftsman ( this was wild because everything was brought in one piece of it fit through the door, rather than being assembled one cabinet at a time), 30’x50’ barn on the gravel access road on the side of the property. I’ll never have in a HOA gridlock where I live now. We even spray foamed the exterior walls before putting insulation bats in. I was actually going to put a movie theater in the basement, safe room, we plumbed it for a full apartment, office, workout room, and playroom.
