I read an article about this situation in Belgium. I was quite shocked he got so much domains so easily and then could reset all these dropbox and other cloud accounts. I knew about expiring domains and how sometimes people take over the old e-mail address and acquire e-mails that way that contain private information. I never thought further about it that they can also reset all kinds of accounts that are still connected to that e-mail. How did no one anticipate that at all these important (semi) governmental departments?!
