Nothing in the Video is psa9. If psa grades your base set cards psa9 or Higher be gratefull because the psa 9 and Higher often times are bs in generell psa is bs and not true at all. The Thing Here is that you will never get the grades prices for your cards. They most of the time are psa8 inside the pack and when you open and touch put sweat and denses on the card automatically loses value via opening
