i mentally blocked this show from my mind for the better part of a decade. The show that had Chikotay genetically raped for a laugh, told he had a son and then he is never told in the episode "its not yours" The show where 7 of 9 has a rape fantasy about a man and the entire female crew go on a witch hunt against the alien man, resulting in him killing himself. And the message of the episode "You didn't do anthinng wrong. He COULD OF violated you. Just because he didnt, it doesnt mean he wouldnt of.. You're the victim, not him." Literally promoted fake rape as a positive for women.

Little disappointed in Janeway here. That was done without her consent or her orders, and she did nothing about it. Under Sisko or Picard there would have been consequences for Seven.

So many good things to say about this scene, but I think my favourite is how Janeway is torn between disapproval and being impressed.

I think Seven is more attractive in Picard than in Voyager. She's aged very well IMO.
