But isn't the main rationale --- you choose the elbow based on the direction you want the water to flow and thus you need either A or B? The video speaks of the differences but not the actual purpose. I had to go elsewhere for that.
Well that's not going to increase the number of times that clogs at all.
Hi Steven! Thank you for checking out one of our many products! We've been making these for around 15 years and so far, increased clogging has not been a reported issue. Clogging can be a major issue for some folks. We do offer a variety of things to help with that such as leafguard or debris filters. Unfortunately everything comes with some sort of maintenance it seems. We recommend cleaning gutter systems atleast once per year and conducting any necessary maintenance or updates.
