Normal and tangential kinetics with angular momentum and work energy
Problem 15-108 from Dynamics 14th edition by Hibbeler
when the 2 kg bob is given a horizontal speed of 1.5 m/s, it begins to rotate around the horizontal circular path A. If the force F on the cord is increased, the bob rises and then rotates about the horizontal circular path B. Determine the speed of the bob around path B. Also, find the work done by force F.

Who am I?
I'm Cherish! I currently teach Mechanical Engineering at a University but I remember the days of being a struggling engineering student. Going to class, feeling confused and frustrated when trying to do assignments because I hadn't learned much in class seemed to be a regular occurrence.
I created STEM Course Prep to save today's engineering students from the same fate. I teach my courses in a way I would have liked to be taught... light on theory, heavy on examples.
Organization is key to learning so I also provide an outline of notes for my courses so you can stay organized and create a great resource for each course.
Current offerings:
Statics
Dynamics
Mechanics of Materials I and II
System Dynamics and Controls
Thermodynamics
Fluid Mechanics
MATLAB
Numerical Analysis
Intermediate Dynamics
