Im working on a book as well. Some nice Barbers for sure.

If I were to put together a Barber half book they would all have to be at least,VF, very fine.. Any collection regardless of what it is would be VF.. Because very fine has ALL lettering on any coin and is a good minimal grade especially with any scarce rare coins or dates!

Collection looking solid. Some coins are best collected in a book vs slabs, i think barbers in the full date/mint is a great example for this approach. Awesome pickups!

Just found your channel and am very much enjoying the videos you've made 👏👏 I have been collecting Morgan $, and yes Peace 🫣 too.. for about 40 years..off and on of course. Definitely more into it now and over the past few years since I'm at retirement range. The prices on great..heck even just decent looking and quality raw Morgan's has gone through the roof from what I use to pay. I'm like you, if I kept better records I wouldn't have so many duplicates..but where's the fun in that 😅.. I need to start watching Rob Finds Treasure more often..maybe pick up a few needed dates from him . ..it's gotten difficult to buy reliably on the Bay, so many crooks on it now. I fell for auction kings pictures a couple weeks ago.. won't be doing that again either. Live and learn. Anyways, just ranting now. Awesome collection you have, I watched your Barber videos before this one. Good luck 👍 Russ

There's alot of low mintages in the Barber coins. And you think about there weren't near as many people back then either. I have a set started as well.

I forgot to mention how I love how you say 'slotted'. You are the only coin collector that I know that uses 'I am gonna get these 'slotted''. lol I love that. You should get that word copyrighted.

Totally agree with you on your comment on how it annoys you when they put a port in for a coin that is unobtainable. It is irritating and in a way, stupid. For example, the Dansco Morgan Dollar album, the 1895 Proof will not happen for me. I had to get a 'copy' for that port. Other than that coin, both volumes of my Morgan Dollar Dansco albums are done. I wish Dansco did not have a port labeled for the 1895. I enjoy your videos and your collection is sweet.

That is one of the album pickups I was looking into for the new year. I rarely see and SL's, but you have to start somewhere. You have a great start! Keep going.

There's some heavy hitters in this book. What I mean by that there going to drain you're wallet lol. I'm putting one together also.

All the Barber albums are tough. Very low mintages compared to today's coins. I'm working on a half dollar set and a dime set now I havn't started the quarter one yet.
