Maybe depends on the model type? The colour of the unit and attachments change with each model type you buy.

I have had a Dyson v8 then a v10 then a v11. All worked really well until the trigger on my v10 broke. And I could find ANY ONE WANTEBTON
No one was able to fix it. They had step by step on how to fix it. But I paid $500 for my Dyson and I was livid that the trigger was not working. Everyone was showing me how tinging. So angry at Dyson 😊
That’s unfortunate. I’ve not experienced this problem before. I suppose it depends on what country you’re in, but we have a great repair service in the UK that service and repair out of warranty Goods.

Did you go over the shower glass after the steaming with a dry towel again? or is it that clean only with the steamer??
That was after the steam cleaner. It doesn’t leave residue behind like when using glass cleaners, so there was no need to polish off

Do the attachments fit in the box?
They do fit in the presentation box you couldn’t close the lid. You’ll find depending on your hair that you won’t need all of the attachments to hand. I regularly use 3 different types the others I store in the cupboard
Hi,hoping you can help me here.I have an Ibiza lazy spa also with the thermal cover and I only use it from Friday to Sunday night,is it more cost effective to turn the heater off on Sunday night leaving the filter always on of course and turn it back on the following Friday or should I just leave it on at the desired temperature which is 40 degrees permanently. Thanks
I would say turn the heater down and then up it in enough time to warm up for using it again. I don’t turn ours off completely as I like to keep the filter flowing but do drop the temp if we know we’re not going to use it
Best to drain two thirds out and leave just above filter and run it with chlorine but without heater, then friday fill back up from hot tap
J'ai la même c'est le pire achat de ma vie je vous ecris maintenant et j'ai un dégât d'eau juste en démarrant le cycle de séchage .cette machine prend minimum 6h pour laver sechez et vos vêtements ne seront jamais 100% sec . Beaucoup d'entretien et vraiment pas une bonne idée si vous avez des animaux ou des enfants ou pensez-vous que les poils de chats iront ؟ pas de feuille d'assoupliseur et fini le linge chaud qui sent bon .vous voulez dépensez pour un 2 pou 1 plus de 2000$ puis quand vous appeler LG il vont vous dire c'est pas une sécheuse . ACHTEZ PAS SAUVEZ VOTRE ARGENTÉ

Can i clean carpet
It does indeed. The spot clean smaller adapter works for stains and the larger to give a larger surface area. Bear in mind this is a steam cleaner (spot clean and kills germs etc) this wouldn’t work like a heavy duty carpet cleaner.
Is the thinner wall comfy to lean up against compared to the thicker ones? Looking at this to replace a Wave Spa one and we love leaning on the walls of it and watching the sun set but these thinner walls may not be as comfy?
You’re right for the concern, having used both the thinner outer walls aren’t as squishy as the traditional style. That said it’s not uncomfortable at all. With your head back the side fits in the curve of your neck, but I suppose that depends on your height too. All that said there are head cushions that can be purchased separately which would help in this situation.
