    Will it be enough to train chest and triceps only once per week, can you make progress, many people say that you need to work muscle twice a week. Back and biceps Chest and triceps Rest Legs Shoulders and traps Rest Rest Can you make progress with this training plan if you train really hard those muscles. I am natural bodybuilder

      Then I'd suggest you should go with PPL split. This way you'll train your muscles twice per week. Remember that rest and diet are more important than training. You can still build muscles training only 3 days a week if given good nutrition n proper rest to your body
