I came to this video because of obvious reasons ;-) My dogs throws up every single morning, always between 6 and 7 in the morning. Yellow liquid, sometimes foam exactly as described above. Rest of the day he is perfectly fine, eats, plays, drinks, not sick at all. He has access to dry food all day and gets some additional food right before sleep to make sure he isnt hungry.. He doesnt throw up food at all so his stomach is empty by that time. It frustrates me to see him suffer during the throw up, but after that he seems to forget about it and so do I. But I would like to find a reason for it.

As much as I think they are very cute my ver y tiny Papillion was attacked in a dog park by two different bulldogs a year apart. The first one shook him violently however apart from emotional stress there was no damage. The second attack the bulldog ripped the muscle under his front arm and had to be taken to the vet. $1250 later and the owners refused to pay. Council told me the dog had been sited and should not have been the park. I asked my vet why they picked on my very tiny dog as nothing had happened to my medium size dog. He suggested that perhaps they thought that my dog looked like a toy and of course shake it violently. First one was a gorgeous French bulldog. I don’t know what the other one was. If anyone can give a reason why this happened I would appreciate ur thoughts.

They tell time by smelling the amount of food particles left in the air from their last meal. When it reaches a certain level.. it’s time to eat again. That’s why they are still accurate during daylight savings

My dog always seems to know when it's tea time as he comes over to me when I'm working and either jumps up at me or puts his head on my leg until I get up, he then heads to his food bowl and looks up at me xx

Are you a Dr. in vet medicine? My vet, with multiple Dr., state NO and should neve be given to your dogs. They can split, break the teeth, and then cause internal injury if they swallow the pieces...

Separation anxiety is off the charts. I couldn't leave my staffies alone for more than 10 minutes or they'd be breaking out of the crate / house / yard to come find you.

I've never had a dog that would go left because I said go right, before a Dachshund. He didn't like thunder storms. He didn't like dark. He didn't like snow. One night I yelled at him for something outside and went in the house. He didn't follow. I waited and he never came. He was sitting in the snow, in the dark defiant as ever. When I called, he just looked at me. That's when I figured out how strong his will was. Lots of videos of these dogs attacking animals, even bears. Lord help the bear if there is more than 2 of them. They are relentless and almost nobody knows it because they look so cute and innocent. They LOOK cute and innocent...

Sorry, Cant stand to hear Dachshund mis pronounced over and over

We had a dachshund when I was growing up. She was a wonderful dog, but you are right about the stubbornness in training. They definitely March to the tune of their own drummer if not trained properly. There’s also the hard-wired hunting DNA in them. While trying to train her to walk off leash, she picked up the scent of a rabbit and took off after it. After the rabbit disappeared down its burrow, she started frantically digging to go get it, paying absolutely no attention to my calls. It’s that “selective hearing” thing dachshunds have. I had to carry her a few hundred metres before she could forget her prey and continue the walk. We gave up trying to train her for off leash walking.

A life without a dachshund is not a life worth living 🥰🥰🥰

Deff get insurance plz in my fist year i spent 😂$6000.00 on vet bills cause my dog was like dieing tge vet couldnt figure him out 3onths of no sleep very sick puppy crazy and shaking not sleepin one night I looked at him and I said to him looks like you're having some type of allergy reaction I bet you're allergic to your food 🤔 because the vet continued to tell me to give him chicken he was becoming sicker well guess what he was allergic to chicken he was allergic to beef and he's allergic to fish please people get insurance and if your dog ever gets sick especially a Frenchie always look at what you're feeding them
