Always fun to watch these. I think the big error was Androsynth vs Mycon. Bottom player obviously knew to use the planet to move as fast as possible and then stop maneuvering. The key at that point is to not chase but to see where they're going and deploy bubbles ahead of them. If the Mycon tries to move out of the way, it greatly reduces their speed leaving them open for the comet. Overall, against the Mycon you know they'll try to boost up their speed, but the weakness is that you have to move in a straight line and can't maneuver. I think the other bad matchup was Orz vs Yehat. You're never going to be able to get a marine to board a good Yehat player.

I've spent countless hours in this thing. I figured out by looking at the decompiled code that you can register the game if you make a shortcut to the game with "DIAMONDGEM" after the path in the target: Example: C:\Quenzar\QUENZAR.EXE DIAMONDGEM There's a spell you're supposed to be able to use if you registered it, but I can't figure out the key combination. In the code, it appeared to be something like the below. The ??? seems to be looking for whatever key is code 4 that I don't think even exists on my keyboard. I think the rest are correct because keycodes 37, 38, 40, 39, and 112 correspond to what I wrote below. hold shift + ???, then press left, up, down, right, F1

This FM synthesis version is superior to the wave table - based ones. The raw sound of the synthesis really suits this. Also, in the context of musical history it's riding the waves, for a 1994 game it's amazing that it's borrowing from the early goa trance (and even older industrial) sound, which was barely breaking to public knowledge at this time.
