You're technically supposed to cheat. Whenever something covers your score meter, or blocks the line of sight between you and the king, stop playing and hit the red button on your meter. Until you get the game ender and do every step, it's impossible to "beat" the game

@@sheilablub you play through it normally and get the "bad ending" then follow through this video to get the full ending. I had the same problem, even of you 100% every note you still lose without the game ender, cause the king is cheating.

It's a playable character you can unlock. His name is Meoo, I forget the whole process since it's been a while, but you have to bring him a car battery to posess.

@@maige554 ahh yess yess i just found out you have to get a battery after getting 20 stars from the music lab

It's possible, but tough. This and the School Trip level are a pain solo. Your best bet would be to pile each ingrediant at a time then switch.

@@maige554 oh hey I was actually just stuck on the school trip level haha. It took me a couple tries (each one takes so long like the habenero finale level) The room on the right has like 3+ gold documents which completely carry you, then I take anything thats not behind many obstacles like the painting in the hallway

but thats just to pass the level, 3 star would be toughh

@@sheilablub I actually found that out on accident, hit the wrong button and saw it fall. Then proceeded to fling them all down instead

Yea, I was in the same boat for a while. Tried to FC the song and still failed until someone told me how to "beat" the level

It's possible with 2 players in co op, but you need to work really well together to hit 3 stars.

@@maige554 I managed to get 2 stars following this video guide. I didn't think to lure the meat people away from the attacks. Same with having the dog stay on the cannons, while you play the rhythm game part.

I knew that I needed to use the pan hypno thing, but I just kept getting so unlucky in the canons and meteors taking away my entire population 😭😭😭😭 no reaction time ah

@@sheilablub if you listen closely, they strike at the same time every time (it's synced to the song) it took me a good amount of tries before i could consistently get 3 stars

If you're talking about the lab in the phone booth (basically the freeplay area) yea, i've gotten all 144 medals and all 30 songs perfected.

@@malterXXfireXXcape Nothing really, you just unlock all the chests to unlock every song. The 30th song is the one you play in the very-very beginning/tutorial. Imo is stupid as hell after trying to perfect Zen for a week and getting that as a reward..

​@9volt846 the "Maniac" character is one of the first music lab chest rewards I believe. It was like 24 or so stars to unlock

Close! It was a broadside with an underbarrel shotgun. I called it my shotgun-shotgun. They take from the same ammo pool so it's really for an emergency 5 shots.
