Lucky resistance shred is more effective when the vishap already has resistance.

@ All my talents for Neuv at 10/10/10, all my supports are in their 8s and 9s with their talents. How much HP does he need? Not to mention with his sig weapon his HP increases and he gets more with hydro resonance. Should I swap out his hydro damage goblet with a hp one??

@pannajohns5255 i deal around 25k with no buffer neuv, around 40k hp. Yes, u should def try hp goblet since u use a furina (i use neuvi, fischl, nahida and xingqiu since idh any buffer)

My account is pretty alright C3r3 raiden C1r1 arlecchino C1 neuvilette And I don't wanna face those bosses even then.

i mean its not that bad, just bring geo character, or zhongli even better, dps might drop, but if ur going into second phase and need a second rotation anyway than i guess it won't matter

@@tiongmongsiang5070 Well it's bad if the RNG dictates that it will fly for 1.5 mins before entering the 2nd phase.

@@Arrmorant well as long as you can bring down his health bar to 2/3 on his first attack he'll enter his shield phase, but if u can't, then ye its going to be a big problem

and he'll always start his first attack within the few second after entering the area, you just want to predict when he'll lower himself and do the pre-buff before he does

@@tiongmongsiang5070 Well goodluck on bringing it down to 30% HP with 2-3s damage window every 10s. You miss the point where most players abhor (spiral abyss) wolflord who likes to waste time with short window to attack like Wenut. Also already done it in one phase, save your tips for others. 🙂

@@chetevii no she wasn’t. I saw in your next rotations. You went straight into Fichl, then Cheveuse into Xingling. You used Chev skill already which activates the buff. And only buffed Xingling and Clronde, you didn’t give Fichl a chance to snapshot

@@AndyStarzs1 yes she was. the first time fischl wont be getting the chevreuse buff as she didnt snapshot it, but by the time the second rotation started, chevreuse's buff will still be active (it lasts 30s, more than enough time), so fischl benefits from it.

Chevreuse's first talent passive lasts for 6 seconds and it continues to be updated every time an overload occurs, so it can be assumed that the buff will continue to be active as long as the Overload continues to occur and Chevreuse's second passive when holding the Elemental Skill lasts for 30 seconds, when I used the Elemental Skill the second time for Fischl it's still getting its buff. The only thing I can't get is probably the buff from Noblesse, because I focus on giving Energy to Xiangling during rotation from Chevreuse
