The tithe indictment in Malachi chapter 3 can't be universally applied either historically or currently and it had nothing to do with money. There's no biblical minimum or limit set to what we give or where we give, only that we give cheerfully, not under compulsion. There's also no biblical promise of any type of blessing for paying money to a religious organization or any "curse" for not doing so. We're free to give, not bound to pay.

"God is a partner with what you own and he's obligated to protect it". Uhhmm, no. God is God and we're not. God doesn't owe us anything and there's no such thing as a biblical tithe received from earned wages. The tithe indictment in Malachi 3 was directed towards the Levitical Priests (read Malachi 1:6 and 2:1) and it had nothing to do with money. Monetizing the tithe as a compulsory deliverable was man's idea after the Bible was written. The "windows of heaven" is a reference to rain and there's no biblical promise of any type of protection or blessing for paying money to a religious institution. There's also no such thing as "covenant money" and while there's nothing wrong with choosing to tithe, money or otherwise, to a church or otherwise, there's no biblical mandate for anyone to continually pay any part of their earned wages to a religious organization, and there never was.

There is absolutely nothing mysterious about Biblical "tongues" - and there is only *one* type - when referring to something spoken, they are nothing more than real, rational language(s); usually, but not always, unknown to those listening to them, but always known by the speaker(s) - it’s their native language (in some cases, it is a language the speaker has learned). _Nowhere_ in the Bible is modern tongues-speech advocated or evidenced. ‘Tongues’ (read, *‘languages’* ) - the divine gift, is the God/Holy Spirit given ability to effortlessly learn to speak and be understood through real-language barriers. It is not xenoglossy (as many people incorrectly assume), nor is it the self-created non-cognitive non-language utterance of what certain Christian denominations are producing today (modern tongues-speech).

We were there! The Lord was there by His Spirit especially when Sean spoke the message he did.
