Nice rip Steve! Love the 1954 design as it is the design of one of my grail cards - the Hank Aaron RC. I was hoping they'd have done an Aaron SSP like they did for Mantle in the '52 throwback set. Very nice RC auto for Morel. That kid has a ton of power and is now playing every day for the Cubbies. I'll be keeping my eyes out for the S2 jumbo box! Take care man. Nice relic hits Steve! Longo is probably going in the "Hall of Very Good." I grew up near Montgomery where he played in the minor leagues and was able to watch him with the Montgomery Biscuits in the 2000s. I'm not sure how I feel about the design this year. I disliked it at first, but its kind of grew on me as I watched openings. Who's your favorite rookie this year Steve? Thanks for sharing the rip! Circling back to what you said about the Dodgers - they are going to be so tough to beat IMO if their SP can stay healthy. I'm very interested to see if they start monitroing Glasnow's workload. He's never pitched more than 120 innings and has an extensive injury past. Maybe when Kershaw comes back they can go to a 6 man rotation to try to limit wear on the arms? I'm not sure if thats even being considered.

The picture on that second auto is sick with the bat flip. I think Oscar is with the Yankees now so will be interesting to see how he fits in there. First time seeing these opened. Those Magna cards are fun. Its an interesting mix because some of the character shots are from live action portrayls and others are animated characters. Totally agree with you that Mookie and Freddie both probably deserve some consideration for MVP. Matt Olson for the Braves have been playing really well and may be sneaking into the conversation, too. I think this last month of the sesaon will determine the NL MVP.
