Also created a macros in the Corsair Utility Engine and assigned to my mouse. Now it's like: 3 single clicks > cerulean tears > 3 single clicks > cerulean tears...

If you are not getting the second bandit sword you could hike north to the volcano region and pick up the scavenger curved sword which has bleed on it already, it's obtainable super early without any boss fights... Just have to haul ass through that area because it's full of npc
