Van Heekpark parkrun is a young parkrun in the east part of Holland in the city Enschede close to the German border . Course are 3 laps and flat , it is easy with parking and about 900 meter from the Enschede railway station . There are no toilets in the park

When i find out about parkrun in The Netherlands , i decide that i want to start my own parkrun in my own Beatrixpark wich is almost my backyard . So please come to my Beatrixpark parkrun in Almere wich is very close to Amsterdam . Close to Almere centrum railway station and yes we have a toilet on the course .

On 14 june i visit my parkrun vriend Andrew to do his local Cusworth hall Parkrun . The course is stunning with a steep hill around 4K . I really enjoy Cusworth
