Buggy in the anime: weak as hell, kinda boring Buggy in the live action: Acting was surreal, phenominal in fact, interesting character backstory told, easy to understand intentions, actually threatening, much better voice than the anime. Gents I think we found the worlds best live action adaptation. Surprisingly by netflix of all people
If they managed to make Buggy this Epic I envision an incredible new crew mate eventually Brook. He could be absolutely hilarious, but also terrifying. Like imagine the crew first meeting him. It could also be a running gag as well.
Y'know it'd be pretty cool if this version of Buggy's theme was implemented into the anime (as well as other tracks from the live action)

Man I want more of these from One Piece, I loved the Black Cat pirates theme but this one is peak
Yeah same kuro theme is dramatic and it was a great way to introduce him with the poster slice but buggy’s is a whole new level
I recently began watching these series on netflix and I am in love with it. Especially this villain.
I tip my hat to the compositors, Arlong's theme is also very well constructed. I hope they keep making music for this series the whole ride.
